We understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out when buying items online and we are not happy unless you are happy with your purchase. This is why we offer a 7-days return policy starting from the day you receive your shipment.
You just need to pay for the return shipping and we will handle the rest.
Below is some general information that will help you returning your item.
Not Just Retro provides 7-day returns on items if
- The product is in a saleable condition.
- All the original packaging and tags are intact.
Items returns by post are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. So please ensure that the product is securely packaged and clearly addressed.
The item must be in the original packaging and condition received. We advise you to keep a copy of the tracking code. Delivery via Australia Post means that your tracking code will be listed on your receipt.

Please note that Not Just Retro’s collection of preloved vintage is second hand and not in “new” condition. This will be clearly stated on the product description as “used”
